Aim

The Cellular Phenotyping Platform (formerly known as the Immunomonitoring Platform) provides advanced tools and methodologies to investigate immune responses, with a special focus on solid cancers.

Our expertise includes deep immunophenotyping using high-parameter (>30) spectral flow cytometry to analyze patient samples. We also offer advanced multi-modal microscopy, including confocal, multi-photon, second-harmonic generation, and coherent Raman scattering for
high-resolution fluorescence and label-free imaging of fixed and live samples. Together, these complementary approaches provide an integrated framework for studying immune cell composition, spatial organization, and function.

In addition, we offer cell sorting capabilities, enabling the isolation of specific immune cell subsets for downstream applications.

We have extensive experience in developing customized in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo assays as well as imaging workflows tailored to study the activities and functions of immune cells.

Do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
