HI-TRON Mainz at the Mainz Science Market 2026
We’re excited to be part of the Mainz Science Market 2026, taking place on September 12–13 at the Platz der Mainzer Republik. This year, we invite visitors of all ages to join us on a special journey:
“Cancer in Focus: From Head to Toe – and Around the World”
How does cancer affect different parts of the body? What can we do to reduce our risk? And why are certain types of cancer more common in some regions of the world than in others?
At our interactive stand, visitors can explore these questions in a playful and engaging way.
Take a journey through the human body and discover organs such as the lungs, skin, and liver. Test your knowledge with quiz questions about their functions, different types of cancer, and prevention.
Then, continue your journey around the globe with our world map game. Find out which types of cancer occur more frequently in different regions and explore differences in prevention, healthcare, and cancer research around the world. Every stop reveals new insights into the global challenges of cancer.
We’re also pleased to take part in the Science Market for Schools on Friday, September 11, a special program for pre-registered school classes.
